What The Smoke Remembers
Long before the mint, before the whitelist, before Ink had a name — there was only the herd, and the herd was silent.
Legend says one bull broke from the fields when the old world's fortune ran dry, walking toward a mountain no map remembered. Four thousand, four hundred and forty-four followed his hoofprints into the smoke. Some never made the walk at all — they were already waiting on the other side, wearing chrome, flame, frost, storm, and phoenix like skin.
牛来 means the ox arrives. It does not say arrives from where, or arrives as what. That part is still being written — by whoever is holding the wallet when the gate opens.
